We need much more than being touched by God in a powerful meeting, or experience being in His

wonderful presence.

We need to be invaded, occupied and so transformed by the Spirit of God, that His nature becomes our fundamental nature in complete union with Him, so that we constantly live in fellowship and harmony with Him.

There is a danger in the charismatic blessing-and-experience-meetings.

People are momentarily touched by the power of God, but nothing is changed in their fundamental

attitudes and daily behaviour. They soon sink into the same moods and carnal life-style again, and need a new touch of God in the next bless-up-meeting.

It is a constant up-and-down life.

We don´t only need to ‘be blessed’ by God, we need to be profoundly transformed by Him.

Only seeking blessings belongs to the child stage of our Christian life. We must grow up and desire

more than “milk” – we need solid food that will strengthen us to stand firm in the storms of life and always be brought in triumph as more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

We have been “seated with Christ in heavenly places” and made partakers of His unlimited power and authority.

We need a clear inner revelation of this tremendous fact by the Spirit of God, and learn to live the “life hidden with Christ in God” every moment of every day.

Then we are transformed by his Spirit into Christlike people and Christ has become much more than a

temporary experience for us in a blessed meeting.

He has become the one who lives His supernatural life through us every day of our lives.
