SEDUCTIVE!

"And be careful not to raise your eyes to heaven and look at the sun, the moon, and the stars, all the heavenly lights, and allow yourself to be drawn away and worship them and serve them. They exchanged the truth of God for falsehood, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen."
— Deuteronomy 4:19; Romans 1:25

God, the Invisible One, has made Himself visible through creation—all that is created is a reflection of His greatness, wisdom, and glory.

When we behold the majestic creation, we ought to lift up our eyes on high—toward the Divine Majesty—and worship the Creator; this is the right and natural response.

However, through the Fall, seductive forces entered creation and distorted human vision, causing man to lift his gaze and worship the created rather than the Creator.

The human heart, along with both spiritual and natural senses, has become darkened, turning man into a worshiper of nature instead of a worshiper of God. Base desires have invaded our entire being, and demonic forces influence us to constantly seek our own interests and—by any means necessary—gratify ourselves rather than God.

We were created and intended to be God-centred, so that we might develop into complete persons resembling the Creator and reflecting Him.

Through the Fall, we have become self-centred, developing into distorted individuals who seek to realize ourselves, failing to realize that in doing so, we reflect the devil.

Instead of being God-like, we have become devil-like — earthly rather than heavenly, turned the wrong way rather than the right way—and fail to see that we have become fools digging our own graves.

The Bible shows that this terrible progression will accelerate until the totally satanic human emerges—a completely perverted humanity in a world defined entirely by violence.

Yet the God-like Man has stepped into this tragedy to create something entirely new: a new, God-like humanity and, ultimately, a brand-new world filled with God’s glory, beauty, and love.

Through His Spirit, He creates within us a new heart filled with His Light. It illuminates our spiritual senses and renews our natural senses, enabling us to see God’s greatness in every detail of His creation, to lift our eyes to Him, and to open our mouths in praise and worship.

Worshippers of God are transformed into God-like people who fulfil the purpose of their lives: to reflect the One who created us. Thus, we shine ever more brightly in an increasingly dark world, drawing our fellow human beings to Him, until finally, we will radiate perfect glory together with all who have turned to the right direction.

Has Jesus been allowed to break the seductive forces in your life and make you a worshipper?
