Man has no right of existence on his own!

We were created for Christ and exist only for His sake.

If we don't realize and implement this fact, we will one day stand there with shame.

Paul was well aware of this basic fact of life: It is "my earnest expectation and hope, that I will not be put to shame in anything, but that with all boldness, Christ will even now, as always, be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain."

"No longer for themselves but for Him" – “to me, to live is Christ.”

We are not the goal of our life and we are not saved for our own sake either, so that we can escape hell and get to heaven.

No, it is Christ who is the goal of our salvation.

He gave his life for our sake so that we would give up our own life and live for Him, so that He would be glorified.

All things were created for the Son: "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him."

The Father has decided to one day “gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him."

He is "the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end": the reason for the existence of everything and the ultimate goal of everything that exists, and if we stand outside of Him, we will one day stand outside of the perfected creation in Christ.

"In Christ" is our justification for existence - He is the only right life, the only one that pleases the Father.

When we abide in Him, He is formed in us, and when He gets to live His life in and through us, the Father can look at us and exclaim: "This is my beloved son/daughter, with whom I am well-pleased!”

There is no greater joy than to gladden the heart of our heavenly Father – this is our only right of existence!
